We generate employment to them through Training / Workshop and different type of activity on which their traditional culture as well as resources are useful to them. We have associated with Science, Economic and Value Addition concept which is basically the need of the citizens. We are presently doing work in Madhya Pradesh. e basically depends on and around Industrial Estate. In which we will be given Practical Training and find out the potentiality of those person. We then assist to provide market to them so that they will make their product and generate revenue for upgrade their life style. We have undertaken many Projects viz.
1. We have given Training on Entrepreneurship Development Program - Product Development in Jute, Bhopal
2. Job Oriented Program for the Ladies of Below Poverty Line etc. in which we have given Training for making Bag, Gown, Agarbatti, Candle, Paper Envelop, Craft work for School Children (DUDA State Governement Project)
3. Working Women Hostel is running with cooperation of Social Welfare Board (Centrally Sponsored Scheme)
4. Bal Shram Vidhyalay is run by the Society at Pilukhedi Distt. We have organized Workshop of Sculptural Artist activities in Panna, Narsinghgarh and Vidisha District. We have also given awareness program regarding Health, Safety and Environment.
6. Training and Vocational Program on Stitching, Weaving, Agarbatti, Candle making this program is Sponsored by Women and Child Development Department, Government of M.P.
7. We are the Registered Training Center for Stitching, Embroidery and Fashion Designing for Women & Child Development Department, GoMP. In this center we are giving different types of customized training as per the needs of the participants.
8. We do the work for Self Help Group and given training for Stitching, Embroidery, Zari Zardoji.
9. We have organised Workshop on Intellectual Property Right with the association of M.P. Council of Science & Technology, Bhopal. This type of Science Promotional program doing regularly.
