PACE, an initiative by CMI St. Paul Province Bhopal, envisages imparting a steady stride for students to equip themselves for competitive exams. Often, academic excellence alone is found insufficient in cracking the competitive exams. It is sad to know that youth after their education are clueless about the future without adequate knowledge about the careers ahead. The state of affairs becomes all
the more pitiable when they are in a rural area and far from the urban amenities. When urban youth have the luxury of coaching centers galore around them, the financial burden and the special separation make the rural youth vulnerable into a position not been able to bank on the opportunities at their disposal. ‘PACE’ shall make the rural youth systematically prepared for the challenging competitive exams through career guidance and competent preparation of the prescribed subjects along with holistic development of the candidates through personality development, spoken English training , Motivational talks etc. Specialties would include interview guidance, communication skill development, personalized and interactive session, classes in Hindi and English. The students shall be prepared for SSC, PSC, RRB, Defense exams, Police Department Exams, Bank exams and other related government jobs. A few selected girl students shall be given free coaching with boarding and stipend.
