Case History of Mr Abhinav Raizada son's ...

Master Aarav Raizada aged 9yrs as on (14th June 2019) was admitted in Apollo Hospital with history
Of Bruishing . On basis of CBC, BONE MARROW ASPIRATION & BIOPSY done on 14th June 2019 showed Pancytopenia after evaluation.
Bone marrow aspirate showed reduced cellularity.
Work up for HYPOPLASTIC ANAEMIA
Due to lack of matched family donor on 3rd July 2019 IMMUNO SUPPRESSIVE THERAPY With ATG am,Methylprednisolone,cyclosporine and revolade started.
He received irradiated blood products (POCS & PRBC)
DISCHARGED ON 12TH JULY 2019 With medication
1 Cap Panimmune100mg orally twice daily
2 Medrol 32mg per orally twice daily.
3 Tab Pantocid 20mg per orally twice daily.
4 Tab Acivir 400mg per orally twice daily.
5 syp Noxaphil 5ml per twice daily.
6 Levoflox 500mg per once daily
7 candid mouth paint application thrice daily.
8 clohex mouth wash lacao application thrice daily.
9 Tab Revolade 50Mg per orally once daily.
On 30th July’19 Aarav was again admitted to Apollo Hospital for irradiated Blood Transfusion (POCS & PRBC).
On 11th Aug’19 Aarav was again admitted to Apollo Hospital for irradiated Blood Transfusion (POCS & PRBC).
On 21th Aug2019 Aarav was again admitted to Apollo Hospital for irradiated Platelet Transfusion (POCS ).
On 3rd Sept 2019 Aarav was again admitted to Apollo Hospital for irradiated Blood Transfusion (PRBC).
On 4th Feb 2020 Aarav was admitted to Apollo Hospital for fever & sore throat.
Now Discharge Medication : 1 Cap Panimmune150mg orally morning daily
2 Cap Panimmune 100mg orally evening daily .
3 Tab Revolade 25Mg per orally once daily
4 Candid mouth paint local application thrice daily.
On 7th March as his platelet count reduced from 78000 to 42000
Revolade 50Mg orally daily was prescribed with Panimmune dose.

So after taking treatment from Apollo 15lakh spent and more is expected in his medicine...
