The Association organized a comprehensive Leadership and Organizational Development Programme with the participation of Board members and representatives from seven cities, including ordained members, divisional representatives, and district-level representatives. The programme was designed to strengthen organizational capacity, enhance leadership skills, and promote better coordination among different levels of the Association.
Mr. Saju Stephen (Secretary of National Association of the Deaf & Vice Chairman of Madhyanchal Deaf Association) and Mr. Mohammad Shafique (Vice Chairman of Madhyanchal Deaf Association) conducted informative and interactive sessions covering a range of important organizational topics, including Association structure and management, SWOT analysis, theme development, digital initiatives, divisional and district-level functioning, and other areas related to organizational development.
The sessions encouraged members to understand their roles and responsibilities more effectively, identify organizational strengths and areas for improvement, and develop practical approaches for future activities and initiatives. The programme also provided a platform for members from different cities and levels to share experiences, exchange ideas, and strengthen collaboration.
The programme was attended by 120 members, who actively participated in the sessions and discussions. The event contributed significantly to leadership development, organizational awareness, capacity building, and stronger coordination among members, supporting the Association’s continued growth and effective functioning.
