*Victory for the Students*
Fight for Reform Goes On !

The resignation of the Union Education Minister is a long-overdue affirmation that in a democracy, those in public office must remain accountable to the people. This is not an act of political generosity but the outcome of the peaceful and determined struggle of students, parents, teachers and citizens across the country who refused to remain silent.

This victory came at a heavy cost. Peaceful protesters faced police brutality, arbitrary detentions and intimidation for exercising their democratic right to dissent. Such repression has no place in a democracy and must be unequivocally condemned.

While the resignation is a significant step, it cannot substitute for genuine accountability. The systemic failures that jeopardised the future of lakhs of students demand an independent inquiry, transparent institutional reforms and accountability at every level.

SIO congratulates the student community for demonstrating that peaceful, organised democratic action can hold power accountable. We demand an immediate end to the crackdown on students and protesters, withdrawal of all false cases, an independent probe into police excesses, and comprehensive reforms to ensure that no student's future is ever again endangered by institutional failure.

छात्र मन के संग खड़े रहव राज्य के हिंसा के खिलाफ़ आवाज़ उठाव

देश के राजधानी मं हाल के बरक्स मं छात्र अउ जवान मन के सबसे बड़े आंदोलन होवत हे। समाज के अलग-अलग वर्ग ले आइस लोगन के भागीदारी ये बात के मजबूत संदेश देथे कि अन्याय अउ प्रशासनिक नाकामी ले भरपूर ये हालात ल अब जियादा दिन तक चलाय नई दे सकन।

दिल्ली पुलिस के तरफ ले ए शांतिपूर्ण लोकतांत्रिक आंदोलन ऊपर करे गे बेरहमी भरे कार्रवाई के हम कड़ा निंदा करथन। छात्र मन, महतारी-बहिनी मन अउ बुजुर्ग मन ऊपर लाठीचार्ज, आँसू गैस अउ शारीरिक हमला करे गे। ए किसिम के दमन शांतिपूर्ण लोकतांत्रिक असहमति, संवैधानिक अधिकार अउ लोकतांत्रिक मूल्य मन ऊपर सीधा हमला आय।

सड़क मं उतर के जनता के ए आंदोलन, संघ परिवार के अगुवाई वाले व्यवस्था के खिलाफ एक मजबूत जवाब आय, जे हर असहमति के आवाज़ ल "राष्ट्र-विरोधी" कहिके दबाय चाहत हे।

हम ओ सबो छात्र मन ल सलाम करथन, जेन मन दिल्ली पुलिस के अन्यायपूर्ण अउ अतिरेक कार्रवाई के सामने डटके खड़े रहिन।

आवव, हम सब एकजुट होवव अउ शिक्षा मंत्री के इस्तीफा, एनटीए के खत्म करे के मांग, अउ शिक्षा व्यवस्था मं व्यापक सुधार बर अपन आवाज़ लगातार उठावत रहव।

The Students Islamic Organisation of India (SIO) Chhattisgarh, joined a peaceful protest at Ambedkar Chowk, Raipur, in solidarity with the ongoing protests at Jantar Mantar.

The protestors strongly demanded the resignation of the Union Education Minister and condemning the arrest of Sonam Wangchuk

Brother Anas Khan, President of SIO Chhattisgarh, was present at the protest and raised the demand for the resignation of the Education Minister and the scrapping of the NTA.

Brother Md. Zulquarnain (State Secretary, SIO Chhattisgarh) signed the solidarity register on behalf of SIO Chhattisgarh.

The delegation included Brother Anas Khan, President of SIO Chhattisgarh, Brother Hidris Khan, State Secretary of SIO Chhattisgarh, Brothers Shuja, Arkam and Saad, members of SIO Raipur along with the associates Brother Yusuf Khan & Brother Farhan.

स्टूडेंट्स इस्लामिक ऑर्गनाइज़ेशन ऑफ़ इंडिया (SIO) छत्तीसगढ़ के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने रायपुर के नकटी गांव का दौरा किया, जहां हाल ही में घरों को तोड़े जाने से स्थानीय निवासियों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा है। इस मुश्किल समय में, SIO छत्तीसगढ़ प्रभावित परिवारों के साथ मजबूती से खड़ा है और नकटी गांव के लोगों के प्रति अपना पूरा समर्थन व्यक्त करता है।

दौरे के दौरान प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने नक्ति गाँव के सरपंच बिहारी यादव से मुलाकात की, जिसमें ध्वस्तीकरण के मुद्दे पर चर्चा की गई, जमीनी हकीकत को समझा गया और संभावित व न्यायसंगत समाधानों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया |

एसआईओ ने जंतर-मंतर पर छात्रों के साथ एकजुटता व्यक्त की, और इस्तीफे से आगे संरचनात्मक सुधारों की माँग की।

एसआईओ का एक राष्ट्रीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल—जिसमें राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अब्दुल हफीज़, राष्ट्रीय सचिव तल्हा मन्नान और यूनुस मुल्ला शामिल थे—नीट प्रश्नपत्र लीक के विरोध में तथा शिक्षा मंत्री के इस्तीफे की माँग को लेकर भूख हड़ताल पर बैठे छात्रों और कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ एकजुटता व्यक्त करने के लिए जंतर-मंतर स्थित धरना स्थल पर पहुँचा।

दौरे के दौरान, प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने छात्रों और कार्यकर्ताओं को एकजुटता पत्र सौंपा और भारतीय शिक्षा में जारी संकट पर एसआईओ के दीर्घकालिक रुख की पुनः पुष्टि की।

हमारी चिंता केवल इस्तीफे की माँग तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि उसके नीचे छिपी संरचनात्मक विफलताओं तक भी फैली हुई है। हमारा मानना है कि शैक्षिक न्याय के लिए कोई भी आंदोलन विश्वविद्यालय परिसरों में असहमति की घटती जगह, छात्र आवाज़ों के अपराधीकरण, अल्पसंख्यक छात्रवृत्तियों की समाप्ति, एनटीए जैसी एजेंसियों के माध्यम से शिक्षा के केंद्रीकरण, केसरिया शिक्षा-पद्धति और नीतियों के थोपे जाने तथा पहचान के आधार पर छात्रों के बहिष्कार जैसे मुद्दों को संबोधित किए बिना पूर्ण नहीं हो सकता। ये मुद्दे प्रश्नपत्र लीक से अलग नहीं हैं, बल्कि उसी संस्थागत विफलता का हिस्सा हैं।

एसआईओ जंतर-मंतर पर छात्रों के साथ खड़ा है और भारतीय शिक्षा के भविष्य में छात्रों के अधिकारों के लिए एक सक्रिय हितधारक तथा निरंतर आवाज़ के रूप में अपनी भूमिका की पुनः पुष्टि करता है।

We mourn the demise of renowned Islamic scholar and prolific author Maulana Salman Hussaini Nadwi.

He was a powerful and courageous voice against dictatorship and imperialist regimes, and a strong advocate for the Palestinian cause.

We pray that Allah ﷻ accepts his invaluable services, forgives his shortcomings, elevates his ranks in Jannatul Firdaus.
