WBVF Reading Cum Resource Centre દ્વારા UPSC–GPSC તથા સિવિલ સર્વિસીસ અંગેનું માર્ગદર્શન સેમિનાર સફળતાપૂર્વક યોજાયું. કાર્યક્રમમાં મુખ્ય વક્તા તરીકે ડો. શેહજાદ કાજીએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સિવિલ સર્વિસીસની તૈયારી, યોગ્ય આયોજન, સમય વ્યવસ્થાપન અને સફળતા માટે જરૂરી અભિગમ અંગે પ્રેરણાદાયી માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું. પ્રથમ પરિસંવાદ સત્ર VCT Girls Collageમાં અને બીજુ પરિસંવાદ સત્ર WBVF મુખ્ય હોલમાં યોજવામાં આવ્યો હતો.

કાર્યક્રમનું અધ્યક્ષસ્થાન નિવૃત્ત સંયુક્ત સચિવ શ્રી ઉસ્માન પટેલે શોભાવ્યું. જિલ્લાના વિવિધ વિસ્તારોમાંથી આશરે ૨૭૫ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઉપસ્થિત રહી સેમિનારનો લાભ લીધો. કાર્યક્રમમાં WBVFના હોદ્દેદારો, આગેવાનો, શિક્ષણવિદો, મીડિયા ટીમ અને સમાજના અગ્રણી મહાનુભાવો ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા.

અંતે આયોજકો દ્વારા મુખ્ય વક્તા, અધ્યક્ષશ્રી, તમામ મહાનુભાવો તથા ઉપસ્થિત વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો આભાર વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવ્યો.
