Bwew also works in providing food for the homeless and the needy. The ngo provides basic housing and shelter to empower women and nurtur

e them in a safe and secure environment. It strives to promote the ideas of national integrity and friendship by means of various programmes and workshops organized on a regular basis. We believe that a country cannot progress until its women are empowered and play a vital role in all aspects of development. We firmly hold on to the values of the father of our nation who was a champion for women’s rights in India and abroad. Women face a lot of issues ranging from traditional customs and dogma to dowry, marriage, divorce, and education. Bwew has strongly advocated women’s rights and helped in uplifting them on a social, economic, and cultural level across all walks of life. Apart from advocating women empowerment, the ngo also deals with a horde of other social issues such as funding the education of the poor and needy, arranging medical camps in rural areas, organizing fund raisers through charity dinners and funfairs, conducting personality development drives and English-speaking courses, conducting job fairs for boosting employment and establishing water purification plants.
