Rural Educational Activities for Development (READ) is implementing a transformative Agroforestry Project in rural communities, combining tree plantation with traditional farming to strengthen livelihoods and restore ecological balance. Launched in October 2025, the project has covered approximately 100 acres with nearly 16,000 saplings of mango, jackfruit, cashew, lemon, and other climate-resilient species. The initiative improves soil fertility, water conservation, and biodiversity while creating long-term livelihood opportunities for smallholder farmers. In the next phase, READ aims to expand coverage to 500 acres, reaching more beneficiaries. We warmly welcome generous donors and partner organizations to join hands in this meaningful journey of transformation.
