When you throw plastic bags and other plastic materials in the ocean, it kills as many as 1 million sea creatures annually.
Plastic accumulating in our oceans and on our beaches has become a global crisis. Billions of pounds of plastic can be found in swirling convergences that make up about 40 percent of the world's ocean surfaces. At current rates plastic is expected to outweigh all the fish in the sea by 2050.We're surrounded by plastic. It’s in the single-use packaging we discard, the consumer goods that fill our stores, and in our clothing, which sheds microplastic fibers in the wash.we Should commit to the long struggle to reduce ocean plastic pollution.

Work from home is now being put into test when the world faces a pandemic . Many people are finding it difficult many find it peaceful but all of them agree it is benefiting the Earth.
So even if it's hard we should try to bring the change in the workforce to adapt to this culture for the betterment of the nature....

Fertilizer Deep Placement (FDP) Technology has turned out to be a game changer in Bangladesh’s agricultural sector. The technology has helped the country double its rice production in the course of 35 years. It is noteworthy that this technology has doubled the produce in the same land, thereby enabling sustainable agriculture.
FDP technology involves placing a nutrient-dense briquette under the soil surface by hand or with an applicator. These briquettes are compressed urea briquettes or a mixture of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium compressed into small NPK briquettes. When these briquettes are placed under soil they dissolve and supply key nutrients over the course of plant’s lifecycle.
The fertilizer is typically placed under the surface at about 3 to 4 inches depth which reduces nutrient loss through water runoff or volatilization. In addition, this also reduces agricultural pollution. FDP increases rice yields by 15-20 percent compared to other fertilizer application techniques.
