"Healing through sound, peace through presence 💚

We were honored to host Master Nagendra from Saraswati Sound Healing Center.
GIT College students Om Tangadi, Om Metri, Nivedita, Sejal & Namita also joined us.

Together, they led a Sound Healing Meditation session for our Ashraya team and daughters. The room was filled with calm, and our hearts were filled with joy.

RCB ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಫ್ಯಾನ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ನ ಕಿರಣ್ ಮಳನ್ನವರ ಮತ್ತು ತಂಡದವರು ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಮೇಲಿನ ಅಭಿಮಾನವನ್ನು ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದು ನೋಡಿ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ.

ಆಶ್ರಯ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ನ ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜೊತೆ ಸಮಯ ಕಳೆದು, ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕಿ ಸಫಲಾ ನಾಗರತ್ನ ಅವರ ಕೆಲಸ ಅರಿತು, ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಊಟ ಮತ್ತು RCB ಜರ್ಸಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಖುಷಿ ಹಂಚಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕೆಂಪು-ಚಿನ್ನದ ಜರ್ಸಿ ತೊಟ್ಟು ಮ್ಯಾಚ್ ನೋಡಿ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿರೋ ದೃಶ್ಯವೇ ಒಂದು ಕಪ್ ಗೆದ್ದಷ್ಟೇ ದೊಡ್ಡದು.

*ಈ ಸಲ ಕಪ್ ನಮ್ದೇ* ಅನ್ನೋದು ಕೇವಲ ಮೈದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತ ಅಲ್ಲ. ನಿಮ್ಮಂಥ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಾಗ ಅದು ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಕಪ್ ಗೆದ್ದಂತೆ.

They brought smiles to every girl at Ashraya by arranging a special meal and gifting them RCB jersey t-shirts 🙏
