শহীদ ক্ষুদিরাম বসুর স্মরণে —

"বয়স মাত্র আঠারো, কিন্তু সাহস ছিল অসীম।
হাসিমুখে মেনে নিয়েছিলেন ফাঁসির দড়ি,
মুখে ছিল শুধু 'বন্দে মাতরম'।
দেহ চলে গেছে, কিন্তু দেশপ্রেমের সেই আগুন আজও জ্বলছে।"

আমাদের বেঁচে থাকার জন্য যেমন খাদ্য, পানি ও বায়ুর প্রয়োজন, তেমনি পরিবেশের ভারসাম্য রক্ষা করাও অত্যন্ত জরুরি। কিন্তু দুঃখজনকভাবে আমরা নিজেরাই বনভূমি ধ্বংস করছি, নদী-নালা দূষিত করছি, আর বায়ুতে বিষ ছড়াচ্ছি। এর ফলেই জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ এবং জীববৈচিত্র্যের ক্ষতি হচ্ছে।

আজকের এই দিনে আমাদের শপথ নিতে হবে—
- বৃক্ষরোপণ বাড়াতে হবে।
- প্লাস্টিক ব্যবহার কমাতে হবে।
- পানি ও বিদ্যুৎ সাশ্রয় করতে হবে।
- পরিবেশবান্ধব জীবনযাপন করতে হবে।

আমাদের ছোট ছোট উদ্যোগই পৃথিবীকে আবার সবুজ করে তুলতে পারে। মনে রাখবেন, পরিবেশ রক্ষা মানে আমাদের ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মকে রক্ষা করা।

চলুন সবাই মিলে প্রতিজ্ঞা করি—আমরা প্রকৃতিকে ভালোবাসব, তাকে রক্ষা করব, আর একটি সুন্দর পৃথিবী গড়ে তুলব।
