Survey Insight -Part 1

Conducted a nutritional assessment of 218 children (5-12 years) in tribal areas of Umaria, Madhya Pradesh revealed a worrying reality

--1 in 3 children is stunted
--Nearly 30% are underweight
--1 in 5 is acutely malnourished

Free Health Check-up & Awareness Drive

Aarush Welfare Society, in collaboration with Polo Hospital, Matiyari, Lucknow, organized a Free Health Check-up Camp on 3rd October 2025 at Bagluha Village, Sikandarpur, Lucknow.

The doctors from Polo Hospital conducted free health check-ups and also provided free medicines to the villagers.
The program received enthusiastic volunteer support from the students of the Pharmacy Department, Integral University, and students from Lucknow University (New Campus). Their active participation helped in smooth coordination and awareness activities
Alongside, the volunteers and members of Aarush Welfare Society guided the villagers through health counselling sessions, offering valuable advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle—covering areas like nutrition, safe drinking water, hygiene, and a balanced diet.

This initiative aimed to promote community health, awareness, and preventive care, ensuring that every individual learns the importance of wellness and self-care.

On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti, Aarush Welfare Society, in collaboration with the officials of Jila Panchayat Bhawan, Jagjeevanpur, came together to honor the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi ji and Lal Bahadur Shastri ji.
