If you’ve worked continuously for 5 years or more in any organization, you are legally entitled to receive gratuity under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

বছরের পর বছর ধরে আমাদের শিক্ষক, কর্মী, গ্রুপ-ডি, সহায়ক কর্মচারী এবং প্রাক্তন কর্মচারীরা তাঁদের শ্রম, সময় ও ভালোবাসা দিয়ে RERF, SVIMS এবং RIST গড়ে তুলেছেন। তবু আজও অনেকের ন্যায্য বেতন, পিএফ, গ্র্যাচুইটি ও আইনসম্মত সুযোগ-সুবিধা বাকি রয়েছে।

আমরা RERF Group Employees Welfare Association একজোট হয়ে দাবি করছি—
✅ AICTE পে স্কেল ও ডিএ ২০১৯-এর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী কার্যকর করতে হবে
✅ সকল কর্মচারীর সময়মত বেতন, পিএফ, গ্র্যাচুইটি ও ন্যূনতম মজুরি মানা বাধ্যতামূলক
✅ ন্যায্য ও স্বচ্ছ পদোন্নতি ও মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়া চালু করতে হবে
✅ সকলের জন্য নিরাপদ, মর্যাদাপূর্ণ ও মানবিক কাজের পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে

আমরা কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে সমস্ত নথিসহ স্পষ্ট দাবি পেশ করেছি। আমাদের একতাবদ্ধ কণ্ঠস্বরই আমাদের অধিকার ফিরিয়ে আনতে পারে।

Over the years, hundreds of dedicated teachers, staff, support workers, and ex-employees have given their time, knowledge, and hard work to build RERF, SVIMS & RIST. Yet many are still waiting for fair pay, statutory benefits, rightful dues, and transparent policies.

We, the RERF Group Employees Welfare Association, stand united to demand:
✅ Implementation of AICTE pay scales & DA as per 2019 regulations
✅ Timely salary, PF, gratuity, and minimum wage compliance
✅ Fair, transparent appraisal & promotion for all
✅ Respectful working conditions for every employee—past & present

We have submitted a detailed representation to the authorities with clear demands and statutory references. It’s time our collective voice is heard — and every member gets what they are legally entitled to.
