Come forth into the light of the things, Let nature be your teacher- William Wordsworth. Manas National Park has splendid natural beauty. This beautiful landscape has enthralled human imagination. Manas has beauty, rich natural biodiversity and long history of conservation. Manas Ever Welfare Society was established 7 years back (on 3rd January, 2006) for conservation of this rich natural heritage

of Manas . MEWS was established by the local community for the improvement of socio-economy condition of fringe community and exclusively conservation of the Manas NP. Primary objective of establishment of MEWS is to conservation of Manas and promotion of community based tourism in this remote areas. The activities of the society have now diversified and have become more pronounced with the guidance and support from a number of organizations and well wishers.
