💼 Position Details:
Role: Assistant Manager

Salary: ₹75,000 per month (with 7% annual increment)

🎓 Qualification & Experience:
Educational Background: M.Tech/ MBA/ CA/ PGDM/ Master's in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Technology Commercialization, or related fields.

Experience: 2-3 years, preferably in:
-Technology commercialization
-Investment banking
-Project appraisal & support in incubators
-Startup ecosystem experience

📍 Age Limit: Maximum 50 years

On 04th Oct 2023, Team IVRI RABI is pleased to announce the successful ex*****on of another boot camp, dedicated to promoting the 6th Cohort RKVY RAFTAR Program by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmer’s Welfare, Government of India. This event took place at the esteemed Shri Siddhi Vinayak Group of Institutions, Bareilly.

The interaction with a diverse group of over 150 students, spanning various disciplines, including Engineering and Management, was truly enriching. The team were particularly impressed by the remarkable motivation and enthusiasm exhibited by these young minds. At IVRI RABI, we recognize the significance of promoting the RKVY RAFTAAR Scheme among these budding talents, who possess the potential to contribute their passion towards crafting innovative solutions in Animal Science and Allied Sectors.

This scheme provides invaluable support to students, enabling them to transform their innovative ideas into tangible prototypes with grant-in-aid funding of up to 5 Lakhs, and up to 25 Lakhs for MVP stage startups.

Furthermore, the team IVRI RABI highlighted the role of IVRI Pashu Vigyan Incubator in nurturing innovations, which includes laboratory support, technical mentorship from IVRI Scientists, external mentorship for business development, and a comprehensive two-month training cm workshop covering all facets of developing a startup based on an innovative idea.

On Friday, September 29th, 2023, Team R- ABI, IVRI had the opportunity to conduct a boot camp at Shri Ram Murti Smarak Engineering Institutes (SRMS) in Bareilly.

It was an impressive experience for us as we interacted with over 150 students hailing from diverse fields such as Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy, and Computer Science. The students displayed a remarkable eagerness to delve into the intricacies of the animal science sector and posed numerous questions in their quest to understand how the RKVY RAFTAAR Scheme could facilitate the realization of their ideas.

During the event, the team briefed the audience about the project's theme and encouraged the faculty of the institute to instill confidence in their students' innovative capabilities. They emphasized that these young minds possess significant potential for success in entrepreneurship and urged them to apply.

The boot camps they are conducting aim to make a positive impact on society, leveraging the invaluable resources offered by Indian Veterinary Research Institute and the financial backing provided by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmer’s Welfare, Government of India for pre-seed and seed-stage startups.
