AWARD Observes World Breastfeeding Week with Awareness Sessions in SBI Sanjeevani clinic on Wheels project
On the occasion of World Breastfeeding Week, the Association for Welfare Active Rural Development (AWARD) conducted awareness sessions in Raichur and Yadgir districts of Karnataka. These sessions were organized as part of the *"SBI Sanjeevani – Clinic on Wheels"* project, which is being implemented with the generous support of the *SBI Foundation*.
The sessions aimed to educate and sensitize rural communities about the importance of breastfeeding, maternal health, and infant nutrition. Community members, especially mothers, were actively engaged through discussions, demonstrations, and health checkups by the mobile medical units.
AWARD extends its heartfelt thanks to the SBI Foundation for their continued support in reaching underserved communities with critical health awareness and services.
