A Strategic Initiative by NIRDIT Trust & PRMS College 🤝

Following the recent MoU between PRMS College and NIRDIT Trust, we are proud to launch a Free ANM & GNM Entrance Coaching Program. The initiative was officially inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony by the Hon'ble Principal, the IQAC Coordinator, and our Trust Secretary, in the presence of respected faculty and students.

This program aims to provide students with expert, syllabus-based guidance for the upcoming entrance exams, helping them secure a future in the healthcare sector. We are thrilled to see an overwhelming response, with many students already registered for the sessions.

Classes are set to begin in the first week of May. This is our first step in a series of skill-development programs designed to make our students self-reliant and ready for the modern job market.

Bridge the gap between Degrees and Skills!

We are proud to announce that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been officially signed between PRMS Mahavidyalaya and NIRDIT Trust. 🤝

This collaboration aims to provide students with free access to essential Skill Development Training Programs alongside their regular degree courses. In today's competitive world, staying updated with modern skills is no longer a choice—it's a necessity.

The signing ceremony was graced by the Honorable Principal and IQAC Coordinator of PRMS Mahavidyalaya, along with the Secretary and Project Manager of NIRDIT Trust. We are excited to embark on this journey of creating a future-ready generation!

A few weeks ago, successfully conducted a free AI & Digital Literacy Awareness Training Camp at , where more than 400 enthusiastic students participated and gained essential knowledge for a tech-driven future.

To celebrate the completion of the programme, we proudly distributed to all trainee students. Alongside this, each student received a as a symbol of environmental responsibility—because we believe that true development combines both digital growth and a greener tomorrow. 🌍💻

We convey our heartfelt gratitude to of Goyaltore Forest Range Office for not only gracing the event with his presence but also extending his special support by providing the saplings free of cost.

We also extend sincere thanks to the and the entire fraternity of Goyaltore Girls’ High School for giving us the opportunity to conduct such a meaningful and impactful initiative on their campus. Their constant support motivates us to continue our mission with greater zeal.

🎓 Training Initiative । |

proudly conducted the Certificate Distribution Ceremony for the second batch of the Training Program under Bosch CSR in the interior rural areas of .

This six-month free skill development program provided students with:
✔️ Basic Computer & Digital Skills
✔️ Personality Development & Communication
✔️ Job Readiness Training
✔️ Regular classes, practical sessions, and counselling

Students also received a free training kit from Bosch including uniform, bag, books, notebooks, and stationery.

The Certificate Distribution Program was successfully completed at the NIRDIT Trust office.
The confidence and progress of the learners stand as the true achievement of this initiative.

These moments capture our computer training initiative for ICDS/Anganwadi workers from Raipur Block 2019. Many of these women had little or no prior experience with computers, yet they learned with dedication, patience, and a strong desire to grow.

5-Day AI & Digital Literacy Training at Hoomgrah Girls High School — Over 250 Students Participated 💻✨

NIRDIT Trust successfully conducted a five-day training and awareness programme on Artificial Intelligence and Basic Digital Literacy at Hoomgrah Girls High School, Paschim Medinipur.

More than 250 enthusiastic girls from classes VIII to XII participated actively, showing immense interest in learning about modern technology and its practical applications in daily life.

We were glad to participate as a representative of a Training Partner (MSS) in a district-level meeting organized by the Bankura District Administration under the Utkarsh Bangla skill development initiative of the Government of West Bengal.

The meeting was attended by senior officials including Respected ADM (Skill) sir and Respected District Nodal Officer (DNO) sir, along with experienced Training Partners.

Key discussions included progress of current training programs, upcoming projects, placement planning, and government guidelines.

Through this interaction, we gained valuable insights and are hopeful that NIRDIT Trust will soon fulfill all criteria to become an official Training Partner under the Utkarsh Bangla project — working to provide free government-supported training to empower rural youth towards self-reliance.
