Everyone is busy debating:
👉 “Who has it easier?”
But maybe we’re asking the wrong question.
What are we not seeing?
In the early 2000s, Norah Vincent lived as a man for 18 months.
Not to argue.
Not to prove a point.
But to understand.
What she discovered wasn’t “male privilege.”
It was:
Pressure.
Silence.
Loneliness.
Expectations no one talks about.
And led to DEPRESSION
And that’s the real gap.
Too many opinions.
Too little listening.
At Homies, in association with Mission Men's Commission,
we’re not here to pick sides.
We’re here to open conversations that people avoid.
Because when men don’t speak,
it doesn’t mean they’re okay.
It just means no one is asking.
