🌬️ It's Not Just That You Breathe, But How You Breathe!
We all breathe 20,000 times a day, but did you know that most of us are using only a fraction of our lung capacity? Shallow, fast, and irregular breathing is directly linked to stress, low energy, and poor sleep.

Why Right Breathing Matters:
Mind-Body Connection: The way you breathe instantly influences your nervous system. Slow, deep breaths signal safety and calm, while fast, shallow breaths trigger the "fight or flight" stress response.
