"Give back to Mother Earth what she gave you" the Mantra from Vasuki Sir that kept our staff going. Starting from creating their own compost bin to putting together a sieve , they have been at it the last six to seven weeks. Extremely happy and proud of the final outcome. They have proved again- Antharbhaava a place of purpose driven by passion.

Watching Karthi Grow! an amazing experience. We did not send him to any retail training centre or school to learn the skills that he possesses now. He goes for all the pop up stores in different apartment complexes. He now knows most of the customers by their names and apartment numbers. He even knows the favourite vegetables of some of the customers, mainly because they buy that particular vegetable more. He generally looks into the online orders, checks emails and informs the store in charge to pack the orders. His observation and eye for detail is astonishing. All this he has learnt by practice and customer interaction. Yes he has evolved

Monday morning well spent. Team Antharbhaava visited Swachagraha Kalika Kendra. Thank you Vasuki sir and team for the wonderful learning. An absolute eye opener. Our team has already started working towards how to make our place a Zero waste zone. They have always been complaining about the waste clearing. We do generate green waste from our organic vegetable store and have been finding it hard to dispose it. Today we learnt how to compost and give back nutrients to mother earth. A great learning experience for each one of us. A big Thank you to all the volunteers and employees at Swachagraha Kalika Kendra

The month started with a big bag order. Our workforce accepted the task readily without slightest hesitation. Tejaswini, our project head and Jaimary, our senior staff were extremely confident and trusted our hands. An additional order that cropped up in the last minute yesterday made me nervous but none at Antharbhaava batted an eyelid. They completed all the orders and delivered on time. Really overwhelmed by the dedication and hardwork. They are indeed very, very special. A big Bow to the entire team and a bigger thank you to our clients for the trust and confidence.

It was around 5.30 in the evening when the store phone rang. I picked the call because it was from one of our staff - Karthi. He sounded quite serious," Ma'am ask Babu to keep the Amla in the fridge, I forgot to put it in." I was speechless to hear this...... the sense of responsibility in him - a person who was branded as Intellectually challenged - has really evolved. I wonder if I can find this responsibility in a neuro typical staff. Finally I think we are getting answers for the FAQ "Why Antharbhaava?" Visit and Shop at Antharbhaava for a unique experience.
