About Us

The National Association for Play Therapy India is a not for profit organisation that works to provide Play Therapy services and training throughout India, connecting therapists in the field and setting a nationwide standard for accredited therapists to adhere to, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. We are a nationally registered charitable trust and work hard to p

rovide our services to all who need them, regardless of their financial background. We are also connected with several international institutions and work to conduct new research in the field of Play Therapy. Play Therapy Services

The National Association for Play Therapy India are currently able to offer a variety of services throughout Bangalore. Play Therapy can benefit a wide range of children of any age, aiding with difficulties such as:

- Behavioural Issues
- Emotional Difficulties
- Coping with Traumatic Experiences
(such as abuse, abandonment, etc.)
- Social and Communication Deficits
- Learning Difficulties
- Developmental Disabilities
(including ASD, GDD, ADHD and many more)

We are currently working throughout Bangalore to provide our services to as many children as possible. Services include:

- Individual Play Therapy Sessions
- Group Play Therapy Sessions
- Family Therapy Sessions
- Parental Training and Workshops to develop
key skills for home use
- Staff Training and Workshops to develop key skills for use within schools, centres and other childcare and educational organisations

Interested in becoming a Play Therapist? The National Association for Play Therapy India are currently in the process of setting up acredited training schemes. For more information and to register your interested, please email: [email protected]

Already a Play Therapist? The National Association for Play Therapy India are working hard to link Play Therapists throughout the country and to set the standard for therapists to adhere to, ensuring all clients receive the best possible service. Funding

The National Association for Play Therapy India runs a 'Play Empowers' programme which strives to provide free services to as many in need children as we can. This includes:

- Children from surrounding villages and rural areas
- Street Children and Orphans
- Children from families with a
poor socio-economic background
