The centre provides individual learning programs & staff guided parental involvement designed to stimulate learning and therapies that will aid learning

At Nireekshana, we offer a day care program for the specially abled children from the near by slums. We cater to the needs of children coming from middle class to poor families. There is little or no fee charged on the parent's side depending on their income. The mental age of our children are from 0 to 15 years of age. We provide them with milk and nutritious mid day meals. Most days, that is the only balanced meal they get to have. We teach, train and build them up to become as independent as possible in physical and emotional aspects. The learning is not that of a formal school but customised for every child's individual need and level of understanding. By the grace of God, we have been running this centre in and around this area for 25 years now.

We celebrated Teacher’s Day by making our superheroes - the teachers - feel special. Their patience, love and dedication light up these little lives every single day.

We went to celebrate them, but they celebrated us with their smiles.

Our little explorers from SMF Nireekshana had a wonderful day trip to Cubbon Park, Government Aquarium, and enjoyed the joy ride on the toy train.
From observing marine life to nature walks and playtime, every moment was filled with curiosity, laughter, and togetherness. 🪴🐠🔮

Celebrating the Month of Love with smiles that say it all 💖✨

On 16th February, our wonderful students from SMF Nireekshana, enjoyed a heartwarming day out at .sports Fun Retreat, Sarjapur. This special Valentine’s outing was filled with laughter, excitement, and moments of pure joy, reminding us that love, inclusion, and happiness belong to everyone.

Along with our dedicated staff, we were also joined by our interns. A beautiful day where every smile mattered and every moment was cherished 🫶✨

A wonderful day at the sports event conducted by Divya Downs Development Trust (), dedicated to creating awareness for intellectually challenged children.

We proudly attended from Susheel Martin Foundation, where 10 of our children participated with great confidence and enthusiasm — and brought home medals 🏅.

It was heartwarming to witness their spirit, courage, and the incredible support throughout the event. Truly enjoyed every moment, and special thanks to the Principal Mrs. Esther Thomas for the special invitation.
