. Planning this E-RYLA is by the enthusiastic participation of young individuals from both Rotary and Rotaract Dist 3190. From planning the program, recruiting panelists, creating promotional images and content, it’s a youth-led invitation for like-minded and motivated fellow youth. Many of the participating Rotaract members are very successful young professionals with skills in communication, design, marketing, and technology. Their innovative ideas, coupled with new technologies, are valuable assets for planning this virtual event. Our planning team also includes Rotarians with various professional experiences who have generously offered their time and skills, supporting the efforts and actions of our International E-RYLA team. This whole process, without a doubt, has been a great opportunity for us to learn and collaborate. Registrations are limited per district on a first come, first serve basis to allow participation from more districts and more countries for this International RYLA. This will allow us to have the participation of young people from around the world. This E-RYLA, in reality, is a great challenge, considering the virtual context, the required technology, the time differences and the physical distance of those who are part of the planning and assisting team. However, each member's contributions, commitment and passion for our organization is helping make this event a success. We look forward to your participation in this event. Kindly refer this event to those whom you feel might be interested as well. The R-RYLA will be conducted in English to the needs of diverse participants . A token amount of INR 100/- ( Any extra contribution) per participant would be collected as registration fee. During the course of the event, we will be joined by world-class experts and speakers, some who are very young, to share their experiences on topics of great relevance and interest. As part of this event we also have some Internationally experienced and renowned activity based workshops to engage our participants ,

3. We prefer bulk registrations for ease of operations and registrations as all of us are volunteers so if more participants from one club are participating request you to register together and mail the names. . There will be no refund
