This year, BARSHA Mahapujo is more than a celebration—it is an emotion.

ANCHAL is inspired by a mother’s anchal—the timeless symbol of protection, warmth, comfort and unconditional love.

For every Bengali in Bengaluru, there are two lands that have embraced us like a mother. Bengal gave us our roots, culture and identity. Karnataka welcomed us, gave our dreams a home, and became a part of who we are today.

Through ANCHAL, BARSHA pays tribute to these two motherlands and the eternal sense of shelter and belonging they represent.

This emotion will come alive through our magnificent thematic pandal and Maa Durga in a never-before-seen thematic rupa, handcrafted by an award-winning artisan from Kumartuli, Kolkata.

Amidst the open expanse of South Avenue Grounds, experience the nostalgia of a true Maather Pujo—where Bengal meets Bengaluru under one sky.

BARSHA Mahapuja 2026 is now Bengaluru’s Biggest Pet-Friendly Puja! 🐶🐾🐱

We know the dilemma every pet parent faces during Pujo — “How long can I leave my furry baby at home?”
Well, this year at BARSHA, you don’t have to. Bring your furry family members along and enjoy the festivities together at our magnificent, spacious South Avenue Grounds.

With a huge open-air venue and plenty of space to walk around, your four-legged companions can soak in the festive atmosphere while you enjoy Pujo, food, culture and adda. ❤️

Just a few little paw-sitive Pujo rules 🐾:

✨ Our furry guests are welcome across the open areas of the Puja premises. For the sanctity and comfort of devotees, the main Puja Pandal and Ma Durga Mandap will remain pet-free zones.

✨ Pet parents, please keep your little companions comfortably supervised so that everyone — two-legged and four-legged alike — can enjoy the celebrations.

✨ And if your furry friend decides to leave behind a tiny “Pujo souvenir” 😄, we request you to kindly clean it up. Clean ground, happy paws, happier Pujo!

This Pujo, all roads in Bengaluru lead to one grand destination, BARSHA Maha Puja at South Avenue Grounds, the biggest Durga Puja ground in Bangalore! ❤️

Coming from HSR, Sarjapur, Bellandur or Marathahalli? Connect to Hosur Main Road, do not take the service road. Continue straight towards PES College, and from there take the NICE Road exit before the toll. South Avenue Grounds is right there on your left, no need to cross the toll at all!

From Koramangala and beyond, you can also take the Silk Board flyover, connect to Hosur Main Road and follow the same easy route.

From Bannerghatta or Kanakapura Road, take NICE Road directly.

🚇 By Metro? Get down at Electronic City Metro Station, just 3 minutes away!

🚗 Plus, huge organised parking for a hassle-free Pujo experience.
