What does it take to turn 5 rejections into a placement offer? For Mohan, it took grit - and a foundation that never gave up on him.

Mohan comes from Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. After completing his B.Sc., he joined WinVinaya Foundation's 3-month BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) training program from September to November 2025 - hoping to build a career in the financial sector.

But the road wasn't smooth. He attended interviews at five different companies. Each time, he was unsuccessful. The rejections were discouraging, but what made the difference was what came after each one - a conversation with WinVinaya Foundation.

Our team walked through each rejection with Mohan. They helped him understand the feedback - including specific technical requirements raised by Sansera Engineering around machine and clearance standards - and guided him on how to improve. They didn't just prepare him for the next interview; they prepared him for a career.

Step by step, interview by interview, Mohan grew stronger. And finally - he made it. He cleared an interview and secured a placement.

His story is not just about getting a job. It is about what happens when young talent meets structured support, honest feedback, and unwavering encouragement.

We are incredibly proud of Mohan and grateful to be part of his journey. ๐ŸŽฏ

Today, on International Day of Families, we celebrate the spirit that defines us at WinVinaya Foundation - family. โค๏ธ

At WinVinaya Foundation, family is not just about relationships by blood. It is about people coming together with trust, respect, care, and belonging.

Our team itself is a beautiful example of inclusion - persons with disabilities and persons without disabilities teammates learning, working, growing, laughing, supporting, and building together every single day. We are different in many ways, yet united by one purpose: creating opportunities with dignity.

This feeling of family extends beyond our workplace.

In the journeys of the beneficiaries we support, we see families playing an incredible role - encouraging, standing strong during challenges, celebrating every milestone, and believing in possibilities even when the world doubts them.

For many people, inclusion begins at home. Families are often the first safe space where confidence, acceptance, and strength are built.

But inclusion should not stop there.

Schools, workplaces, communities, and society must continue what families begin. Together, we can create spaces where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered.

Today, we celebrate every family - at home, at work, and in our communities - that chooses inclusion every day.

Because at WinVinaya, we donโ€™t just work together. We grow together as one family. ๐ŸŒโœจ

๐Ÿ’ก Assistive Tech Series | Episode 20: He didnโ€™t need help. He found his place.

This episode explores how assistive technology enables independent navigation of physical spaces - not just digital ones.

In this video, you can see Super Sense in action - helping identify and locate objects in real environments using simple audio and vibration cues.

๐ŸŽฅ Watch Episode 20: https://youtu.be/XvEo3_ZeWWc

New meeting room.

Unfamiliar layout.

No one he knows nearby.

Somewhere in the space, thereโ€™s a chair.

Sai prasad doesnโ€™t need help finding it.

He needs a system that doesnโ€™t require him to ask.

He opens Super Sense.

Navigates to the Find tab.

Selects the seat category.

The app prompts: scan around.

He moves the camera across the room.

A beep.

A vibration.

Chair.

One word.

One signal.

Enough.

He walks toward it.

Sits down.

Ready before the meeting begins.

No colleague flagged down.

No moment of waiting.

No explanation required.

That last part matters more than it sounds.

Every time a professional with visual impairment has to ask someone to locate something in a physical space, thereโ€™s a cost - not just time, but the quiet accumulation of dependency.

These are not extraordinary needs.

Finding a chair.

Locating a washroom.

Navigating an unfamiliar office floor.

They are ordinary moments - that most people never think about.

Super Sense returns that ordinariness.

Most workplace accessibility conversations focus on digital systems.

But independence at work isnโ€™t just about whatโ€™s on a screen.

Itโ€™s about whether a person can move through a space - and function within it - on their own terms.

Look at your workplace.

How many spaces assume sight?

Thatโ€™s where the next accessibility conversation begins.

๐Ÿ’™ Some partnerships don't just fill a calendar โ€” they change lives.

At WinVinaya Foundation, we believe every candidate we train deserves not just skills, but the confidence to walk into any room and own it. That's why we reached out to the Inclusion Movement team with a simple ask โ€” and they said yes without hesitation.

Together, we've launched a 12-week volunteering program โ€” every Saturday โ€” dedicated to two things that truly transform careers:

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ English Communication โ€” building fluency, clarity, and confidence in our current training batch candidates.

๐ŸŽฏ Mock Interview Readiness โ€” sharpening how our trained candidates present themselves, respond under pressure, and leave a lasting impression.

This isn't a one-time session. This is a commitment. Week after week, Saturday after Saturday โ€” enablers showing up with commitment to empower the candidates, and candidates showing up with commitment to believe in themselves, learn, grow, and build a better future.

Our first session on 9 May 2026 set the tone beautifully:
๐Ÿ™Œ Sameer, Vishal, Krishnendhu, Anaga, and Dhanushree

The room was full of energy, stories, laughter, and learning. Participants introduced themselves, built stories together in teams, and took their first steps toward interview confidence. Every voice mattered. Every story counted. ๐Ÿ™

We are deeply grateful to the Inclusion Movement team for choosing to walk this 12-week journey with us and with our candidates. This is what inclusive community looks like โ€” not just in words, but in action, every single week.

11 more Saturdays to go. The journey has just begun.

โœ‰๏ธ Want to volunteer or collaborate with us?
If your team, organisation, or community wants to create meaningful impact โ€” we'd love to hear from you. Whether it's a one-time session or a long-term program like this one, we welcome every hand that wants to help.

Write to us: [email protected]
Let's build something that matters โ€” together.

๐Ÿ’กAssistive Tech Series | Episode 19: The office group shared a photo of the new menu. Everyone reacted with ๐Ÿ”ฅ. Avinash waited.

This episode explores a gap most accessibility audits miss: image-based communication - the format that carries how workplaces actually share information today.

In this video, you can see Insta Reader in action - extracting and reading text from an image instantly, without requiring a digital source.

๐ŸŽฅ Watch Episode 19: https://youtu.be/9ZVutuQsY-0

The canteen announced a new menu.

Someone photographed the printed notice and shared it in the office group.

Reactions came in fast.

Lunch plans were made.

Avinash Pinipe opened the image.

His screen reader said: image.

One word.

No information.

No participation in a conversation that had already moved on.

He opens Insta Reader.

Selects the image.

Clicks Read.

The tool processes it.

Converts the text into audio.

Plays it back - completely and accurately.

Thatโ€™s the capability.

Applied to a menu notice, an event flyer, a WhatsApp forward, a photographed policy update - the result is the same.

Text inside an image is no longer a dead end.

This distinction matters more than most organisations realise.

Most accessibility tools are built for documents and structured content.

They handle the official layer of communication.

They donโ€™t handle the real one.

WhatsApp announcements.

Screenshot updates.

Photo-based flyers.

Forwarded notices.

This is how information actually moves in most workplaces today.

And by default, itโ€™s inaccessible to screen reader users.

Before your next team update goes out as a photo:

Can everyone here access whatโ€™s inside it?

That question is where inclusive communication design begins.
