The C.A.U.S.E. Foundation was started with the primary objective of showcasing the existing local talent in the field of the creative arts, with surplus funds (after all expenses) going to local charities. The President of the Foundation, Leila Alvares, has always been actively involved with various charitable c

auses as well as organizing a variety of musical productions all over South India. The proceeds from any activities of the Foundation are divided as follows:
50% - To a deserving but fledgling charity identified by C.A.U.S.E.
20% - To treat stray animals as part of their environmental strategy
30% - Towards the C.A.U.S.E. Corpus Fund to initiate future endeavors

The CAUSE Foundation will be staging its annual musical production in August /September 2025
This year it is - We Will Rock You! - a futuristic musical based on the legendary music of Queen (Freddy Mercury).

We are looking for the following artistes:

Character: Scaramouche
Gender: Female Lead
Age: 18 - 30 years
Range: High Soprano
Audition Song: Somebody To Love

Chorus Singers:
Choral Experience &
Minimal Dancing Skills required..

Gender: 2 Male & 2 Female
Ages: 18 - 30 years
Voice:
Sopranos 2 #
Tenor 1 #
Bass 1 #

Dancers:
Gender: 3 Female
Ages: 18 - 25 years

Musicians:
Lead Guitarist 1 #
Bass Guitarist 1 #

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ROLES ARE PURELY VOLUNTARY WITH NO FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION INVOLVED!

Performance Details:
All Weekends between 29th August and 28th September 2025
Locations: Bangalore (4 shows), Mysore (1 show), Goa (1 show), Mangalore (1 show)

Rehearsal Details:
Date: 21st June, 2025 onwards

Days: 3-4 days a week in June & July
5-6 days a week in August
1-2 days a week in September

Time: 7-9:30 pm (weekdays),
4:30-7:30 pm (weekends)
Place: Tunbridge High School, Infantry Road & Century Park Apts, Bangalore
