Clean cities are the backbone of healthy, vibrant communities, shaping the quality of life for everyone who lives and works in them. Bengaluru is no stranger to rapid urbanisation and population growth, which have outpaced the city’s environmental capacity and planning, leading to critical challenges in waste management and cleanliness.

Through B.PAC’s B.GREEN program, we collaborate with experts, civic leaders, and community partners to drive grassroots action, including clean-up drives in public spaces and city blackspots. Our mission is twofold — advocating for better infrastructure and services while actively reclaiming public spaces.

We believe every citizen deserves safe, clean, accessible, and sustainable spaces. By fostering strategic partnerships, we revitalise underutilised, unsafe, or polluted areas, transforming them into vibrant, multifunctional spaces for the community. We invite CSR partners, organisations, and passionate volunteers to join cleanup drives, so we can restore Bengaluru’s green glory. This Gandhi Jayanti, let us build a city we can all be proud of! 01/10/2025

The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA), a new step forward in Bengaluru’s urban governance, has released the ward delimitation boundaries for the city. As part of this transition, the number of wards has been expanded from 198 to 368 — with 63 in the Bengaluru Central City Corporation, 72 each in the South and North Bengaluru City Corporations, 50 in the Bengaluru East City Corporation, and 111 in the Bengaluru West City Corporation.

Citizens are encouraged to check their respective ward boundaries through the official link. The portal also allows you to view and download the boundaries for easy reference. This marks an important milestone as Bengaluru transitions into the GBA model, aimed at ensuring more localised administration and better civic representation.

Visit the link for updated ward details: https://bbmp.gov.in/gba-corporations-delimitation-2025/

If you have any objections or suggestions regarding the proposed ward boundaries, you can submit them in writing to:
Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development Department
Room No: 436, 4th Floor, Vikas Soudha, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Road, Bengaluru – 560001

Deadline: Before 5:00 PM on 15th October 2025

Timely objections and suggestions will be reviewed to finalise ward re-delimitation.

Bengaluru is set to undergo a major governance shift as the city moves away from the long-standing Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) model. Stepping in, the newly established Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) will take charge of the city’s administration. Under this new framework, Bengaluru will be reorganised into five municipal corporations, each split into two zones to bring governance closer to citizens. As part of this change, the number of wards has been expanded from 198 to 368 — with 63 in the Bengaluru Central City Corporation, 72 each in the South and North Bengaluru City Corporations, 50 in the Bengaluru East City Corporation, and 111 in the Bengaluru West City Corporation.

Submit written objections/suggestions with your full address and relevant details via post:
Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development Department, Room No: 436, 4th Floor, Vikas Soudha, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Road, Bengaluru – 560001 by 5:00 PM, 15-10-2025.

Timely objections and suggestions will be reviewed to finalise ward re-delimitation.
