The All Zones Board & Fellowship Meeting at Bandipur Country Club Resort was a wonderful opportunity to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the bonds that unite us in service.

Despite it being a weekday, Rotarians from across the zones came together with great enthusiasm, making the gathering truly memorable. The exchange of ideas, shared experiences, and warm fellowship reflected the very best of the Rotary spirit.

💜 A Small Idea, A Big Impact 💜

What began as a thoughtful idea from our First Lady, Rtn. Rekha Sridhar, blossomed into a meaningful community project that touched many lives.

We are delighted to share that Aagneya donated 21 sarees to the tribal women of Haggadahalla Village. A special thank you to Ann Neha Sumit for contributing 20 beautiful sarees towards this effort.

Together, this initiative grew beyond sarees, where the women of District 3191 joined together resulting in the collection of over 100 sarees, salwar suits, shirts, and other clothing, bringing comfort, dignity, and joy to those in need.

Every contribution, big or small, has helped make a difference. Thank you to everyone who supported this cause and turned a simple idea into a heartwarming act of service.

✨ Job Fair 2026 – Creating Pathways to Opportunity ✨

Today's Job Fair was a success, with 96 students participating in interviews with a diverse range of companies. We are grateful to the 13 corporate organizations that partnered with us to provide valuable career opportunities and guidance to aspiring young professionals.

A special thank you to Ann Kshama Kulkarni for seamlessly managing the arrangements and ex*****on of the event. Your teams dedication and commitment ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

A huge shout-out to our incredible Rotaract Tejas volunteers whose energy, enthusiasm, and hard work were instrumental in making the event a success. Your service and teamwork truly exemplify the spirit of Rotaract.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Rotary Bangalore Cantonment team for their support and partnership. As our first joint project together, this collaboration was both meaningful and impactful. Special thanks to Rtn. Madhuchandra and Rtn. Srikanth for their support throughout the initiative.

A successful Placement Drive was conducted by RBAagneya, SEI College, and Rotaract Tejas in collaboration with Akshara Enterprises.
We are proud to share that 67 students attended the job interview and 54 students participated in the internship interview, taking an important step towards building their future careers. This event was led by Ann Kshama Kulkarni.

🌿 Starting the Academic Year with Mental Wellness First 🌿

At the beginning of a new academic year, prioritizing the well-being of educators is one of the most meaningful investments we can make. 💙

RBAagneya, in collaboration with the District 3191 Mental Wellness Team, was delighted to organize an engaging and highly interactive Mental Health Awareness Session for the SEI Teaching Staff during the orientation program.
The session was extremely well received by teachers and created a meaningful space for reflection, learning, and conversations around mental well-being — an important foundation for a successful academic year ahead.

A heartfelt thank you to Rtn. Raghu Aalam, Chair of the District Mental Wellness Team, and Ms. Deeksh*tha from NIMHANS for conducting such an insightful, engaging, and impactful session for our educators. Your efforts truly made a difference.

An evening of purpose, connection, and inspiration ✨

The Central Zone All Clubs Meeting brought together leaders united by a shared vision — Unite for Good. From the dignified collaring ceremony to meaningful reflections, engaging conversations on member retention, and the celebration of excellence across clubs, every moment reaffirmed the strength of our Rotary community.

We paused in silent remembrance of our Co-President, Rtn. Ramachandran Sir of Cantonment, and for world peace — a moment that grounded us in the true spirit of service. We celebrated achievements, exchanged ideas, and looked ahead with renewed commitment and purpose. The presence and insights of our District leadership added immense value, guiding us toward impactful action in the months ahead.

Grateful for the camaraderie, collaboration, and collective spirit that continues to move us forward 💙

A big thank you to our Rotaract Tejas team — Rotractors - Saniya, Anjum, Jenifer, Shashikala, Pravin, Ganesh, Mamtha, Subhojit, and Taslim — for spending a truly meaningful day with the migrant worker children at the NCWI Summer Camp, facilitated by Rotary Bangalore Aagneya. 💛

The session was filled with energy and joy, with games, musical chairs, dance, and arts & crafts keeping the children happily engaged throughout. It was heartwarming to see how excited the kids were to spend time with their annas and akkas.

Special thanks to our Rotaractors for distributing bananas and chocolates, and to NCWI for treating everyone to ice cream and cookies.

A wonderful, fun-filled day that brought so many smiles! 🌟
