He was Past President of the ICAI, Padma Shri awardee, and a true nation builder, he was widely respected.

A cherished member of KSCAA, CA T. N. Manoharan, was part of many deliberations, discussion and honour of our events. His exemplary service, towering intellect, humility and invaluable contributions have left an indelible mark on the profession.
