🐍 Basics Session at Hedathale Govt High School, Mysore

We had the wonderful opportunity to conduct a Snake Awareness Session at Govt High School, , organized by the school’s Eco Club.

During the session, we discussed:

Common snakes found in Karnataka

Types of venom and their effects

Snakebite symptoms

First aid measures

The importance of conserving snakes as a vital part of our ecosystem

The children attended the session with great interest and enthusiasm. Their curiosity, thoughtful questions, and active participation made the program truly meaningful and impactful. It was inspiring to see young minds eager to learn about wildlife conservation and safety.

We sincerely thank the school management and Eco Club team for the warm welcome and wonderful hospitality.

ಮೈಸೂರಿನ #ಹೆಡತಲೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ Prathibimba Trust - ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಸಿದೆವು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬರುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಹಾವುಗಳು, ವಿಷದ ವಿಧಗಳು, ಹಾವು ಕಚ್ಚಿದಾಗ ಕಾಣುವ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಯ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.
ನಾವು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಿತಾಗ ಅದನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಈ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮತ್ತು ಆತಿಥ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.

With immense and , we are happy to share that today we collected over 5,000 pieces of clothes—a made possible purely because of you. 🙏

More than 40 dedicated 4+ hours of continuous effort in collection, segregation, packing, counting, loading, and unloading. This was not just volunteering it was selfless service in action.

🌱 What this truly means:

1. Saves millions of litres of water by reusing garments

2. Prevents several tonnes of textile waste from landfills

3. Brings dignity, warmth, and care to thousands of lives

4.Turns compassion into hope and effort into impact 💫

A special and heartfelt thanks to our CSR Partner – India Pvt Ltd for their incredible support by contributing over 1,500 pieces of clothes. Your has strengthened this mission and multiplied its impact.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the interns and students from (Department of Sociology & Department of Commerce), and the interns from for their energetic participation and commitment. Your enthusiasm and sense of social responsibility added great strength to this initiative.

ಅತೀವ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾವು 5,000 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂಬ ಸಂತೋಷದ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಇದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಸಹಕಾರದಿಂದಲೇ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು.

40 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಉತ್ಸಾಹಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು 4+ ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ, ವಿಂಗಡಣೆ, ಪ್ಯಾಕಿಂಗ್, ಎಣಿಕೆ, ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನ್ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದರು. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲ—ಇದು ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆಯ ಜೀವಂತ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಹರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

It was a privilege to be part of the Republic Day celebration at High School, Taluk, District. The students and teachers delivered excellent speeches on the history and importance of the , our and , and our as citizens, along with India’s progress and development.

As part of our continued support to the school, we sponsored a for educational purposes and distributed sweets and pens. Previously, we had also sponsored for school safety and supported beautification through of the school premises.

We are happy to contribute towards creating a better learning environment for the students.

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹತ್ವ, ನಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳು, ನಾಗರಿಕರಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಕುರಿತು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಭಾಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.

The 77th Republic Day celebration at Swami Vivekananda Primary School was a truly memorable and inspiring experience. The enthusiastic participation of our members and interns from BMS Women’s College added great energy to the program.

Distributing sweets and engaging with the students helped create an atmosphere of joy, unity, and patriotic pride, making the event meaningful for everyone involved. 🇮🇳

ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ 77ನೇ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಣೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರೇರಣಾದಾಯಕ ಅನುಭವವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಎಂಎಸ್ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಇಂಟರ್ನ್ಸ್‌ಗಳ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಭರಿತ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಚೈತನ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿತು.

“Setting up a school library is planting seeds of knowledge that will grow for generations.”

Our internship students from the reputed institutions and joined hands to set up a library at Swami Vivekananda Primary School, Thyagarajanagar.

Their efforts included installing book racks, sorting and categorizing books for easy access, and creating a digital inventory for efficient maintenance.
This remarkable initiative was accomplished through the dedicated collective effort of 15 students over 4 hours.
We sincerely appreciate their commitment and teamwork.

ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಾದ ಮತ್ತು ನ ನಮ್ಮ ಇಂಟರ್ನ್‌ಶಿಪ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಶೆಲ್ಫ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿ, ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸುವಂತೆ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಿ, ವರ್ಗೀಕರಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಇನ್ವೆಂಟರಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ತ್ಯಾಗರಾಜನಗರದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.

15 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ತಂಡವು 4 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿ ಈ ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
