Phicus Social Solutions’ Excelerate is a leadership journey for mid-senior level leaders in the social impact space. Spanning 6 months, it consists of coaching, training sessions and project work to take back to their organisations. We divided them into 5 cohorts based on the thematic area each Excelerator is targeting.
As part of a mid-journey review, it was time to have a sit down, share and reflect on progress, provide valuable feedback and ask pertinent questions to each other, showing how the cohort came together as a community to streamline their ideas.

The capstone projects of Cohort I centered around building capacities of teams and individuals, and creating a sense of belonging and community among their teams, in the paths of Talent/HR/OD. Vivek Tejaswi’s “30 Under 40 Concrete Zero Campaign”, Ashok Nayak and Dilip Sarwate’s “Aligning Outcomes and Impacts with Work”, Kashmira Dubash & Venugopal AV’s “Individual Skill Mapping and Growth Roadmap”, Varuni Nar (She/they) “Creating a Psychologically Safe Space for Teams”, and Junita Nirmal’s “Bringing Out Organisational Values through Execution” - all set out to revolutionise the way they approach work!
