ಜಿ.ಬಿ.ಎ (GBA) ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನು ಓಡಾಟ ಬೇಡ!
ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಪ್ಲಾನ್ (CDP) ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದೀಗ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ (Auto Conversion) ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿ. ಯೋಜನೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೇ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.
ಬಿ ಖಾತೆಯಿಂದ ಎ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶ – ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಸೈಟ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧ ಭದ್ರತೆ, ಸಾಲ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ, ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಲಭ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ದಾರಿ.
ವಿಳಂಬ, ಕಿರುಕುಳ, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರೆ; ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ, ವೇಗವಾದ, ಜನಪರ ಆಡಳಿತಕ್ಕೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ.

For lands within the Master Plan (CDP) area, "Auto Conversion" is now enabled — conversion happens along with plan approval.
B Khatha to A Khatha conversion will benefit lakhs of site owners with legal security, loan eligibility, higher property value, and smoother transactions.
This reform ends delays, harassment, and corruption while ensuring transparent, faster, and citizen-friendly governance. A big step towards planned development and affordable property access for all.
