Two days filled with learning, building, and discovering new ideas.

A total of 115 volunteers took part in the workshop at Mahalaxmi Diet College & AG Teachers College, Ahmedabad, on 10–11 July 2026. Agastya International Foundation, in collaboration with Lehigh University, successfully completed the Workshop for School Leaders on 'Culture of Learning,' bringing together 24 school leaders from government and private schools for three days of reflection, dialogue, and collaborative learning.

The workshop explored how school leaders can move beyond their administrative role to become pedagogical leaders who inspire curiosity, support teachers, and create joyful, inquiry-driven learning environments in their schools.

Participants engaged in interactive sessions on academic leadership, creative inquiry, environmental stewardship, technology for academic leadership, and design thinking, complemented by thoughtful discussions, hands-on activities, and reflective exercises.

The workshop was enriched by thought-provoking sessions from distinguished educators and leaders, including:

Dr. Shailesh Shirali, Former Director, Sahyadri School and Krishnamurti Foundation India
Dr. Malathi Kalmadi, Managing Trustee, Kannada Sangha, Kaveri Group of Institutes, Pune
Dr. Anantha Jyothi, Former Head of Rishi Valley School
Dr. Vinay Dabholkar, President, Catalign Innovation Consulting
Mr. Ramji Raghavan, Founder-Chairman, Agastya International Foundation - whose insightful sessions and meaningful interactions inspired participants to reimagine school leadership for the future.
A heartfelt thank you to all the participants, resource persons, and our partners at Lehigh University for making this workshop a memorable and impactful learning experience.

Together, we continue to build schools where curiosity, creativity, and compassionate leadership thrive.
