Agastya International Foundation, in collaboration with Lehigh University, successfully completed the Workshop for School Leaders on 'Culture of Learning,' bringing together 24 school leaders from government and private schools for three days of reflection, dialogue, and collaborative learning.
The workshop explored how school leaders can move beyond their administrative role to become pedagogical leaders who inspire curiosity, support teachers, and create joyful, inquiry-driven learning environments in their schools.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions on academic leadership, creative inquiry, environmental stewardship, technology for academic leadership, and design thinking, complemented by thoughtful discussions, hands-on activities, and reflective exercises.
The workshop was enriched by thought-provoking sessions from distinguished educators and leaders, including:
