There's no better saying than 'Health is Wealth'. The meaning of this saying has only been enhanced by the pandemic. In today's world, it is important to pay close attention to our health - not just physical but also mental. Because only with these, we can achieve social, economical, or other forms of health. Only then can we head a balanced life.
