A proud moment for Kerala!

Aiswarya G. from Mangalam, Palakkad, and Saniya O. K. from Pavaratty, Thrissur, have brought home a remarkable national achievement as members of the Kerala Women’s Deaf Cricket Team, which secured the Runner-Up position at the 4th National Deaf Women’s T10 Cricket Championship 2026 in Uttarakhand.

Facing talented teams from across the country, Aiswarya and Saniya played their part in Kerala’s impressive performance.

Their journey is built on dedication, discipline, family support, and a strong passion for cricket. Today, their achievement is inspiring young athletes and bringing greater visibility to the talent within the Deaf sporting community.

With dreams of representing Kerala and India on even bigger stages, their journey continues.

More opportunities for women in engineering begin with meaningful partnerships.

We're excited to announce the launch of the Volvo Group – Vidyadhan Scholarship Program, a partnership between the Volvo Group Trust and Vidyadhan, an initiative of the Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiatives.

The MoU was exchanged between Mr. G. V. Rao, Director CSR- Volvo Group India & Managing Trustee- Volvo Group Trust, and Ms. Asha Thomas, COO, Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiatives.
Together, we aim to encourage more talented young women to pursue higher education and careers in core engineering and technical disciplines, helping them transform their aspirations into impactful careers.

Two days of learning. One unforgettable experience.
Our Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh Degree Scholars recently came together in Neemuch for a two-day residential training program focused on building skills, confidence, and aspirations for the future.

With sessions on employability, life skills, civil services preparation, financial literacy, and interactive activities, the program offered much more than knowledge, it created lasting memories and meaningful connections.

A special thank you to Mr. Pradeep Agrawal, Trustee of Gomabai Netralaya, and his dedicated team for their exceptional hospitality and wholehearted support that made this program possible.

And to our scholars, your enthusiasm, curiosity, and participation made this journey truly rewarding.

Sometimes, one visit can completely change how a student sees their future.

Our Vidyadhan (www.vidyadhan.org) scholars recently had the opportunity to visit Colruyt Group India, where they interacted with industry leaders, explored modern workplaces, and learned valuable skills for their careers.

From resume building and interview preparation to leadership discussions and workplace readiness, the sessions gave students practical knowledge that complements their academic journey.
One of the most memorable moments came at CGI, where the students' enthusiasm kept the "Ask Me Anything" session going for nearly 90 extra minutes!

Preparing students for the future requires more than classrooms, it requires collaboration.

At Vidyadhan's Roundtable Discussion: Partnering for Social Impact, leaders from industry, philanthropy, and the social sector came together to explore collaborative opportunities in the areas of Higher Education and Employability.

The discussion focused on preparing students for an AI-driven future, strengthening mentorship, expanding access to industry-relevant skills, and creating stronger pathways from education to employment.

A key message emerged throughout the conversations, The future belongs to learners who are adaptable, skilled, and supported by an ecosystem that works together.

We believe meaningful change happens when diverse stakeholders come together with a shared purpose. This roundtable is one step towards building stronger partnerships that create lasting opportunities for young people across India.

Every young person deserves the opportunity to dream, prepare, and succeed.

The V Able 2-Day Residential Training Program, held in Chennai in collaboration with EnAble India, brought together students with locomotor disabilities, visual impairment, and cerebral palsy for two days of learning, growth, and inspiration.

From self-awareness and career planning to communication, workplace readiness, and assistive technology, participants gained practical skills that will support them in their educational and professional journeys.

A special thank you to Mr. Rajesh, Mr. Monish, our mentoring partner Dr. K. Sriram, inspiring role models, dedicated volunteers, and every participant who made the program so meaningful.
