St. Kabir's School has been on a journey with us this year - from whole-school training on ISELF: Taking SEL from Concept to Classrooms, to a follow-up session early this month that went deeper into the practice.

This time, teachers worked on planning meaningful SEL lessons, weaving SEL into academic classrooms, and being honest about what's working and what still needs work.

Two days of learning, reflection and honest conversations, anchored in one shared commitment: to keep moving forward, together.
SEL becoming part of a school's DNA doesn't happen by accident. It takes intention, consistency and collective ownership - and when a school truly embraces that, it stops feeling like a checklist and starts feeling like joy.

Every school talks about keeping children safe. But safety only means something when it's built into how a school actually runs, a clear policy, and adults who know it inside out and act on it without hesitation.

Our Head of Wellbeing, Monila Sapre, recently worked with Mother Divine Public School, Rohini, Delhi, to strengthen exactly this, conducting a workshop for 100 teachers to build on the school's existing Child Safeguarding Policy.
