nizations, government agencies like the CDPOs and social workers called anganwadi workers, villagers and urban deprived population. Major areas of interest of the organization includes identification & treatment of the underprivileged patients with facial deformities, education on the ill effects of smokeless and smoking to***co & related cancer of the oral tissues. As far as the legal status of Sumukha Foundation is concerned, it is a legally constituted voluntary organization having registration under Societies Registration Act of 1961. It is also entitled to receive donation/contribution from within India as it has 80G certification, issued by the department of income tax, Government of India. Sumukha Foundation is also entitled to receive contribution/donation from abroad as it has been registered under FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976)
