The basic approach is to implement development programmes based on the felt needs of the people with an effort to mobilize people’s participation for individuals and community developm

ent. The organization also carries out a series of community-based, action oriented and people centered programmes and activities for the welfare, advancement and empowerment of needy, poor, deprived and socially disadvantaged section in the community, irrespective of caste, creed, s*x and status.
