A2 is a Protien - alright

67th Segment of DNA in a Bos Indicus Desi G*i has Proline which is stable and has amino chain intact... while that of Bos Ta**us (Exotic Cattle - anything European is EXOTIC for slaves of Bharat !?)... has HISTIDINE in its 67th Segment - and low on amino acids..thus weakens down..is an established fact.

There is a reason of evolution - that why Europe or the colder climatic zones got Bos Ta**us evolved... and fat is less digest-able than that of Bos Indicus - as humans got to store fat in their bodies in cold zones. So afro-asiatic Bos Indicus Milk has digest-able fat.

Now when butter is churned and ghee begot - what changes occur has to be answered by present day researchers... as they do not trust our ANCIENT science - which has a research of a-tleast 1000 years... NDRIs and NDDBs will g*t the same way their masters abroad... getting exotic cattle to Bharat bring more monies for research and their pockets... they can send their offsprings abroad and get them back to look down upon farmers with Bos Indicus.. convert them... like evangelists do !...

Whats happening at Vrindavan today ?

its soaring 47 deg c... and we see gokhast being made for Annapurna Prasad cooking !... lucky that UP govt is giving 50 bx per cow / per day for the keeper...meaning 1500 bx per month... so gokhast making has been on since half a decade now... not just in Vrindavan... across UP... even non milking gaus have a space... that does not mean slaughter has ended... its decreased.

then we have this bearded person (in video)... they have been given 100 acres of land to develop their own fodder... they dont buy from outside (as he points out... humans eath godamn s**t in packs...which is permissably adulterated - that should not happen to gaus... bosindicus)... they also make manure... which is sale worthy - we know that Bharat ka Mitti is low on Jaivik Ingaal... we are happy with that as we have hazardous chemicals to make our offsprings impotent... so we are suggesting that manure be sold at normal fertilizer shops... thats happenig - iffco is buying naturally composted manure... they can also buy naturaly urea... its just urine crystalized... no rocket science that.

we like to suggest this bearded person... along with fodder... they can grow certain herbs.. value added fodder !

They we have this ghee-shaala... goshaala and ghee-shaala... or GHEE BANDAR... they have over 2 k gaus... and ghee is good as fodder is managed...

All in all a good model is coming at UP - MP & BIHAR next... lucky we dont have so many goshalas in KRN... our farmers have BOS INDICUS... and non of the govts which come to power are least bothered about HALLIKAR, MALNAD GIDDA, JAWARI, DEONI & KHILLAR.... yet Farmers keep them..... and farmers do not BEG.

This early morning happened to interact with Baraguru Bos Indicus Conserver... journey seems to start again... Hallikar and Baraguru were my favourite native cattle... We stay on Hallikar tracts...now that its well taken care of by rural youths... will dedicate a decade to conservation of Baraguru Native Cattle... Chamrajnagar, Kollegal and Mahadeshwar Betta are where pastorals treat it as an ECO-ASSETS.
