Communication lies at the heart of every institution. Dr. Naveen Bhat explored how Indian traditions have historically approached communication not merely as a tool for persuasion but as a pathway to truth, understanding, and relationship building.
Drawing upon concepts such as Vāda, Sphoṭa, Dhvani, and the four levels of speech, he showed how communication in the Indian tradition integrates ethics, aesthetics, and intellectual inquiry.
For leaders, educators, and managers, the session offered a valuable reminder that meaningful communication is rooted in clarity, authenticity, and mutual respect rather than influence alone.

The publication offers a concise and evidence-based review of the journey of NEP 2020 since its adoption. It presents the developments of the past six years through four interconnected perspectives—six major transformations, six implementation stories, six continuing challenges and six priorities for the road to 2030.

As India moves towards 2030, the success of NEP 2020 will ultimately be determined by its impact on learners, teachers, institutions and classrooms. We invite academics, policymakers, institutional leaders and education practitioners to read the publication and join the continuing conversation on meaningful implementation.
