MCKS Food For the Hungry Foundation Karnataka Empowering children for a holistic future: nutrition, education, medical care, and mental wellness in our comprehensive programs.

MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation Karnataka (MCKSFFHKa) is a sister charitable organisation of Yoga VIdya Pranic Healing Foundation of Karnataka (YVPHFK). It derives inspiration from mission statement of MCKS Trust Fund :
" ...We work to provide those in need with not only the basic necessities (food, clothing, etc), but with the hope of a brighter future and better life through education, voc

ational training, and the sponsoring of medical procedures and expenses. We work to restore faith in times of natural crises through providing immediate help as well as assistance in long term rehabilitation"

MCKSFFHKa activities are focussed on:
1. Feeding the hungry (underprivileged, destitutes ,...)
2. Providing Medical assistance to the needy
3. Education - distribution of free notebooks, scholarships, sponsorship
4. Livelihood projects - providing vocational training
5. promoting physical, emotional, mental & spiritual well-being through free sessions of Meditation on Twin Hearts within Karnataka

We completed our first Kit Distribution for pregnant women and lactating mothers — a small but powerful step toward building a healthier Karnataka. 🌼✨

Each kit was thoughtfully curated to support nutrition, strength, and well-being during one of the most important phases of a woman’s life.
The smiles, gratitude, and warmth we received reminded us why this initiative matters so deeply.

45% of women in Karnataka are anemic and 35% of children are stunted — but together, we can change this.
And today, we took that change one step forward.

Thank you to our volunteers, supporters, and community for making this possible.
This is just the beginning… more distributions coming soon! 💛
