Smt. Uma Reddy, President, FKCCI participated as a distinguished speaker at the CSR Roundtable on the theme "Government and Corporates: Collaborating to Enhance Employability and Employment in Emerging Skills", organized by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Karnataka and Karnataka Skill Development Authority at Bengaluru.

The insightful deliberations focused on strengthening collaboration between Government, Industry and CSR stakeholders to empower youth with future-ready skills, enhance employability, and create sustainable employment opportunities in emerging sectors.
The programme was graced by Dr. M C Sudhakar, Hon’ble Minister of Higher Education; Dr. E V Ramana Reddy, IAS (Retd), Chairman, KSDA; Smt. Khushboo Goel Chowdhary, IAS, Secretary to Government, Department of Higher Education; K*m. Manjushree, IAS, Commissioner, Department of Collegiate and Technical Education, Government of Karnataka, along with eminent CSR leaders and industry representatives.
