The day began with the Smart Money – Financial Literacy Program conducted for students of Thalir. The session introduced essential financial concepts such as saving, budgeting, understanding needs vs wants, and making smart financial decisions.

TrailblazHER | Women of Yi Bengaluru (1/6)

This Women’s Day, we celebrate the journeys, courage, and leadership of the incredible women who are shaping communities, businesses, and ideas through Young Indians Bengaluru.

Through TrailblazHER, we share reflections from women who continue to lead with purpose, resilience, and belief in themselves and those around them.

✨ Voices from today’s TrailblazHERs:

Priyadarshini Modi -
Be bold when facing challenges and believe in your ability to grow. Support and uplift the women around you, because when one woman rises, many more can rise with her. Remember to take time for yourself without guilt — caring for yourself is also part of strong leadership. Build a circle of people who encourage you, challenge you, and grow with you. Together, with a growth mindset, we can achieve far more than we imagine.

Kaavya Gopalkrishna -
Resilient leadership is about turning pressure into progress and moving forward with courage.

Swathi Viswanath -
True learning is measured not in classrooms, but in how we apply it to solve real problems.

Sudha Pinaprolu -
Leadership begins when you start where you are, stay consistent, and rise again no matter the challenge.

Together, these journeys remind us that when women lead with courage and empathy, communities rise with them.

Through TrailblazHER, we share reflections from women who continue to lead with purpose, resilience, and belief in themselves and those around them.

✨ Voices from today’s TrailblazHERs:

Harini Prabhu -
Your story is your brand. Start where you are, believe in your voice, and build boldly without waiting to feel ready.

Shruti Chand -
Leadership is not about having power, money, or the loudest voice in the room. It begins the moment you decide that your circumstances will not define your future.

Manasa Ilango -
As women, we tend to seek external approval, but true leadership begins within. Self-respect is the compass that ensures you never compromise your values for validation. By honoring your boundaries, you teach the world how to treat you. True power isn’t demanded; it is commanded through the quiet strength of knowing your worth!

Janani Murali -
The higher you aim to go, the stronger your roots must be. Seek a good mentor to anchor your growth, and nurture yourself through meaningful pursuits outside work—both are essential for lasting success.

Together, these journeys remind us that when women lead with courage and empathy, communities rise with them.

Through TrailblazHER, we share reflections from women who continue to lead with purpose, resilience, and belief in themselves and those around them.

Sofia Vishwan -
“The path from dreams to success does exist. May you have the vision to find it, the courage to get on to it, and the perseverance to follow it.” You are not just building a career or a business. You are building confidence, independence, and a legacy for the next generation. Lead with courage. Lead with integrity. Lead with belief in yourself.

Saaksshi -
Be empathetic, and a leader also should be a good role model. A leader can’t win alone, they need to move with the team and they win when the team wins. A good leader goes from Success to Significance.

Payal K Agarwal -
Take the first step towards your financial independence and rest will follow. Be a support to your fellow women and be the support you need.

Raddhika Singh -
Once you know the “Purpose” for which your organisation exists no one can stop you!!!

Together, these journeys remind us that when women lead with courage and empathy, communities rise with them.

Through TrailblazHER, we share reflections from women who continue to lead with purpose, resilience, and belief in themselves and those around them.

✨ Voices from today’s TrailblazHERs:

Lasya Umesh -
Entrepreneurship has taught me that growth comes from stepping outside comfort zones and true leadership comes from lifting others along the way.

Rajni Jajodia -
Be the person who musters up the courage to believe that a new attempt can manifest a new outcome. Be the person who keeps trying..never give up!

Rini George -
Build with what you have. Grow with those around you. At the core of my journey is a simple belief: When strategy meets empathy, transformation happens.

Chaitalli Roy -
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my journey, it’s this: You do not need permission to build. There will be rooms where you are the youngest. There will be rooms where you are the only woman. There will be rooms where people assume you are less experienced than you are. Walk in anyway.

Together, these journeys remind us that when women lead with courage and empathy, communities rise with them.
