Junk.wav, a sound sculpture crafted by Amith Venkataramaiah , breathes new life into discarded materials, repurposing scrap plastic, scrap metal, and abandoned items to create mesmerizing musical instruments.

In Junk.wav, the artist challenges our perception of waste and unveils the hidden sonic potential within each discarded object. Immerse yourself in a symphony of reclaimed melodies,where the forgotten finds its voice and resonates with purpose.

This sound sculpture prompts reflection on our consumer culture and the environmental impact of waste. Through the fusion of art and sustainability, Amith Venkataramaiah invites us to reimagine the value inherent in discarded materials.

Artist present at Wetepace 4.0 + Walkin Lab

Ninad Palandurkar is a Communication Designer working under the identity of Naad Labs. He works across motion graphics, projection mapping, interactive art, and stage design for music events, using different digital mediums for a wide range of projects. With a strong sonic sense, he often translates the energy of music into visual expression. Driven by curiosity, he takes a multidisciplinary approach to his work and is actively building a TouchDesigner community through workshops at universities across India.

💦 Wetspace Noise Drips 4.0 : A Gathering for Sonic and Experience Experimentation

Wetspace Noise Drips 4.0 is the fourth iteration of an evolving platform dedicated to experimental sound, noise, and multichannel sonic practices hosted by Cynk Collective ( ). Over the past three editions, Wetspace has grown through collaborative methods, testing, rehearsing, and shaping ideas collectively.

Alongside Wetspace 4.0, we are introducing Walkin Lab: A Multidisciplinary Collaborative Lab, a new 10-day program introduced this year to expand Wetspace into a more holistic ecosystem of learning, building, collaborating, and performing together.

Multiple mini-projects run simultaneously, enabling spontaneous collaborations and cross-pollination. The outcomes range from prototypes, experiments, and installations to audiovisual concerts and collective performances developed during the residency.

Hi Friends and family.

We are sharing with you something we are building with a lot of love and care, and it would mean a lot to have you with us.

On 6th December, we’re hosting a fundraiser from 6.00 pm onwards at 1Shanthiroad. This evening is dedicated to supporting Wetspace 4.0 and Walkin Lab, two platforms we are developing to nurture experimental sound, noise, performance and interdisciplinary art. This will take place from 24th December to 4th January at Forplay Society in Mattancherry and is part of the Kochi Biennale.

We are raising funds to support artists, build tools and setups, and keep this community accessible and sustainable for everyone who wants to learn, contribute or experience these practices.
