Wadhwani Foundation – Employability Skills Training
A comprehensive 3-day training session (April 3–5) was conducted by the Wadhwani Foundation, facilitated by Ms. Swathi Puthran (Sr. Manager – Capacity Building & Human Services) and Mr. Vinay K C (Program Manager).

The program focused on:
🔹 Innovative, activity-based teaching methodologies
🔹 Student engagement strategies
🔹 Classroom management techniques
🔹 Core employability skills – communication, teamwork & problem-solving

Participants also led demonstration sessions, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into Wadhwani’s impactful training approach.
