A day dedicated to health, compassion, and collective impact.

On 14th March 2026, the Free Mega Health Check-Up Camp brought care, relief, and hope to the community, making essential healthcare accessible to all.

Organised by the Lions Club of Bangalore Dooravaninagar (District 317-E), in association with ISR Foundation and Aster Whitefield Hospital, the initiative ensured free specialist consultations, health screenings, and preventive care reached every individual.

The Voluntary Blood Donation Camp, supported by Lions Blood Bank Bengaluru, further reflected the spirit of giving and saving lives.

Grateful to every doctor, volunteer, and participant who made this initiative truly meaningful.

Because together, we can build a healthier Bengaluru.

The Lions Club of Bangalore Dooravaninagar, in association with ISR Foundation and Aster Whitefield Hospital, is organizing a *Free Mega Health Check-up Camp* this Saturday.

Clear vision creates brighter futures.

On 29/01/2026, the Lions Club of Bangalore Dooravaninagar along with the Leo Club of Dooravaninagar conducted a Vision Camp, supported by ISR Foundation, in association with Aloka Vision at ITI Central School, Bengaluru – 16.

With the support of 3 Lions and 10 Non-Lions volunteers, a total of 426 students were screened, 53 spectacles were prescribed, and 91 Lion Hours were dedicated to making this initiative a success. The activity was carried out with an expenditure of ₹5,000.

A meaningful step toward student eye health and community well-being through collective service and care.

Empowering women, one skill at a time.

On 29/01/2026, the Lions Club of Bangalore Dooravaninagar, along with the Leo Club of Dooravaninagar, conducted an Exam/Test for women trainees who completed their training under the Permanent Service Project – Stitching Dreams. This initiative, focused on women's empowerment, was supported by the ISR Foundation and held at Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore – 560016.

With the efforts of 3 Lions and 2 Non-Lions volunteers, a total of 25 participants took part in the assessment, contributing 10 Lion Hours toward encouraging skill development and self-reliance among women.

A proud step toward building confidence, independence, and brighter livelihoods through community service.

Warmth is more than comfort — it’s care in action.
The Lions Club of Bangalore Dooravaninagar, along with the Leo Club of Dooravaninagar, conducted a Humanitarian Service Activity supported by ISR Foundation on 28/01/2026 at Vidyaranya, Hosabelaku Old Age Home, Mandur.

A total of 60 blankets were distributed to elderly residents, bringing warmth and support to those who need it most. With the help of dedicated volunteers, this small step created meaningful comfort and human connection.
