We loved how curious she was.
She asked us so many questions, not because she was unsure, but because she genuinely wanted to learn (and maybe even try it at home someday). She was patient, enthusiastic, and completely immersed in the process.
The biggest compliment? She told us she'd be back to try something new ❤️

We recently hosted a Batik Art Experience for 100+ Googlers in Bangalore.
The best employee perks aren't always bigger budgets or better swag, they're simply moments that let people create, talk to someone outside their team, and return to work feeling a little lighter.

We'd love to see more companies make room for experiences like these.

How do you usually end your workday?
The ExxonMobil team chose to spend theirs creating gold leaf clocks together.

A little hesitation at the start, a lot more confidence by the end, and plenty of teammates cheering each other on along the way.

We loved doing this canvas with them.
Instead of looking for the perfect painting, they decided to make one together.
Now every time they see it at home, they'll know exactly where it came from.

This time, Google India joined us at StoryZone for a resin geode experience.

Watching people lose track of time, get completely absorbed in what they're making, and proudly hold up their finished pieces never gets old.
