Parents Association for Differently abled Adults Creating an Inclusive Society for differently abled persons The members of the association include parents and guardians of differently-abled persons.

PADA (Parents Association for Differently-abled Adults) is a NGO for the development of intellectually disabled persons. PADA is based in Bangalore. PADA runs Rainbow Learning Centre to teach self-help and life-skills to disabled persons enabling them to make an independent living. The training includes job coaching and training in vocational skills and activities of daily living. PADA believes in

the strengths of the persons with disability and works to
• Build confidence in them to excel beyond their capacity
• Job coaching and placement
• Sensitise the society towards the persons with disability
• Supports the parents through counselling
• Create awareness about the Government schemes available for persons with disability.
