Is your Company complied with POSH Law?

The sexual harassment of women at the workplace (prevention, prohibition, and redressal) Act, 2013.

We support as an external member and provide 360^ services for the implementation of the PoSH Act, 2013 at the workplace.

Currently we have associated with 250+ companies as an external member and we provide the PAN INDIA Services.

Shine Trust responsibilities:
The sexual harassment of women at the workplace (prevention, prohibition, and redressal) Act, 2013.
• Drafting internal committee board resolution
• Drafting anti-sexual harassment policy in tune with Law
• Formation of the internal committee
• Empanelling external member to the internal committee
• Create awareness on prevention of sexual harassment of women at the workplace for employees
• Training for internal committee members on investigation procedure
• Provide posters and other relevant communication materials
• Statement on PoSH Act implementation, to add in terms and conditions of company appointment letter
• Participating in the hearing and decision making of complaints addressed to the Internal Committee (IC) in case of an incident of sexual harassment & maintaining the related document, minutes of meeting, recommendations, submission of detailed report to the management
• Providing updates on legal filings and amendments of the POSH Act to the internal committee members
• Drafting annual report and submitting it to the District Commissioner or District Officer as applicable
• Maintaining statutory compliance
