"What happens to my child after me?" - a question every caregiver carries quietly.
This September, FAME India's Social Work Department stepped in to help answer it.
Over 2 days (17th & 23rd Sept), 104 caregivers joined a training on financial planning, Wills, and Trusts - guided by experts from PropSeva and Shree Sidvin Financial Services.

The sessions provided a platform to ask questions, explore options, and gain clarity about securing their children's future.
Because caring for a family also means thinking beyond today. 💛

A Day of Colour, Creativity & Celebration!

On 28th August, FAME India proudly joined Swasthi Foundation's Kala Vaibhava 2026 at Kondajji Basappa Auditorium, an inclusive cultural celebration themed around Pancha Bhoota, the five elements of nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.

Over 20 of our beneficiaries, along with our staff, took the stage with dance, fancy dress, and music- each performance a reflection of confidence, creativity, and pure joy.

And the results made the day even sweeter:
2nd Prize: Fancy Dress
3rd Prize: Music

We were also delighted to see Mr Ladu Parashuram Parab from our Special Education team honoured with the Creative Teacher Award - a well-deserved recognition of the passion and patience he brings to every classroom.

But if you ask us, the real highlight came after the event, when the celebrations continued all the way home, with our beneficiaries dancing their hearts out on the bus, spirits still soaring long after the curtains closed. 🙂

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do: because talent knows no limits, and joy is best when shared.

A huge thank-you to Swasthi Foundation for creating this beautiful, inclusive platform, and to everyone who made the day unforgettable.

🎤 Every voice makes its way through AAC devices and tablets.
🧠 Learning and problem-solving, one step at a time.
🏃 Strength and independence-building exercises and physical therapy.
💼 Engaging in everyday life skills with patience and dignity.
🎲 Games and laughter that build friendships.
🧘 Quiet moments of connection and circle time.

Marbles. Raw mango with chilli. Wild gooseberries. Rounds of Antakshari. Parents who carry the world on their shoulders, suddenly rolling tyres and laughing like they were 12 again. 😍

We even snuck in birthday surprises- handmade cards, made with love by our own beneficiaries, for every caregiver born in July. 🎉

Because behind every beautiful milestone, there's a caregiver who believed first. And at FAME India, care goes both ways.

Our beneficiaries had a fun day exploring the Silk Institute (Karnataka State Sericulture Research & Development Institute) along with our special educators, ancillary staff, and social work team.

They got to see how silk is spun- straight from the cocoon to thread- and even learned that mulberry leaves are used to make their own products!
